രാജ്യത്ത് അതിവേഗം വളരുന്ന ഗിഗ് മേഖലയിലെ പ്രധാന വെല്ലുവിളികളായ തൊഴിൽ അസ്ഥിരതയ്ക്കും സുരക്ഷാ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളുടെ അഭാവത്തിനും ഇത് പരിഹാരമാകും. 2029-30 ഓടെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഗിഗ് തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ എണ്ണം 2.35 കോടിയായി ഉയരുമെന്നാണ് കണക്കുകൾ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ രൂപീകൃതമായ ഈ ദേശീയ ബോർഡ് തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ നിർണ്ണായകമായ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ കൊണ്ടുവരുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
