യാത്ര മുടങ്ങിയാൽ ജോലി നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നവരുൾപ്പെടെ ഇന്നുതന്നെ വിദേശത്ത് എത്തേണ്ടവരാണ് യാത്രക്കാരിൽ പലരും. വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലെത്തിയപ്പോഴാണ് വിമാനം റദ്ദായത് യാത്രക്കാർ അറിയുന്നത്. 

മണിക്കൂറുകളോളം കാത്തിരുന്ന യാത്രക്കാർക്ക് ഭക്ഷണവും താമസവും നൽകാൻ പോലും എയർ ഇന്ത്യ തയാറാകുന്നില്ല. കേന്ദ്ര വ്യോമയാന മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്റെ അടിയന്തര ഇടപെടൽ ഉണ്ടാകണമെന്നും പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ് കത്തിൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.

I am writing to request your prompt action in resolving the bottleneck caused by Air India Express's unjustified cancellation of many international and domestic services from Kerala.

It is appalling to discover that hundreds of passengers, including women and children, have been stuck at various airports in Kerala as a result of Air India's unpardonable decision. The majority of travelers learned about the decision after they arrived at the airport. Many people heading to the Middle East face the risk of losing their employment since they will be unable to return on time. According to reports, Air India did not even extend the courtesy of giving the stranded passengers with food or accommodation.

In these urgent circumstances, I request your good self to provide alternative arrangments to resolve the bottleneck due to the unreasoned cancellation of multiple international and domestic services of Air India Exprsse from Kerala.
