പരിസ്ഥിതിലോല പ്രദേശങ്ങളുടെ വിജ്ഞാപനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഒക്ടോബർ 24 ന് പത്തനംതിട്ടയിൽ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച ഹർത്താൽ മാറ്റമില്ലാതെ തുടരുമെന്ന് സിപിഎം അറിയിച്ചു. സിപിഎം പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ സെക്രട്ടറി രാജു എബ്രഹാം ആണ് ഈ വിവരം വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്.
ജില്ലയിലെ ഏഴ് വില്ലേജുകൾ വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടെങ്കിലും ഒന്നുപോലും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. ഇതിൽ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ചാണ് എൽഡിഎഫ് ഹർത്താൽ നടത്തുന്നത് എന്ന് രാജു എബ്രഹാം പറഞ്ഞു.
റാന്നി എംഎൽഎ ഹർത്താലിനെ എതിർക്കുന്നത് എന്തിനാണെന്ന് അറിയില്ലെന്നും, ജനങ്ങൾ വെറുംകൈയോടെ ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോകണമെന്നാണോ അദ്ദേഹം പറയുന്നതെന്നും രാജു എബ്രഹാം ചോദിച്ചു.
